Career Technical Education (CTE) is a program of study that involves a multi-year sequence of courses that integrates core academic knowledge with the technical and occupational knowledge to provide students with a pathway to post-secondary education and careers.

Patient Care Pathway (Both Courses satisfy the College Prep "g" elective)
- Introduction to Medical Careers
- If you are interested in the medical field or want to learn more about medical terminology, CPR and our body's systems then this class is right for you! Content is taught in a hands on learning environment through the NOCROP (nocrop.org) curriculum. After completing this course you are eligible to take the patient care pathway capstone course "Sports Medicine and Therapy" listed below.
- Sports Medicine and Therapy (Pre-requisite class ^ Introduction to Medical Careers)
- Are you interested in helping the athletic population? In this course you will learn how to examine, rehabilitate and prevent athletic injuries. Including medical documentation, concussion screening, CPR skills, spine boarding and much more! This class also teaches students about careers in sports medicine including athletic training, exercise physiology, and physical therapy. All content is taught in a hands on learning environment through the NOCROP (nocrop.org) curriculum.
