Enrollment Process

In order to enroll your student you must provide the following paperwork:

o   Verification of Address

o   Unofficial Transcript (from previous school)

o   Withdrawal Slip (from previous school)

o   Immunization Record (Yellow immunization card or vaccination printout from previous school.  TB skin test-Mantoux PPD only if new to Orange County, CA or the US and a Tdap is mandatory).

o   Birth Certificate 

o   Special Education Services (Current IEP or 504 is needed, from previous school)

 

Once you complete the Air Online Enrollment click here to schedule an appointment with our registrar Mrs. Reyes.   

 

Withdrawal Process

If you need to or choose to, have your student attend a high school other than Western High School, you will need to formally withdraw your student.  To do this, you will need to come directly to the main office and see the registrar. 

 

***Only Parent/Guardian may withdraw their student.
